  • The whole process from designing to dispatching an item takes 4-6 weeks. Other types of custom car exterior parts manufacturing are also available, according to the request.
  • Louvers are made of robust and very flexible material - ABS Plastic. Choose from an orange peel textured surface or a smooth black surface (paintable).

High-quality lightweight material
Our manufacturing technology allows us to produce window louvers of time-tested material - ABS plastic. It is a lightweight, robust and flexible material. This plastic is the most optimal for car exterior parts, due to its impact resistance. The product comes in an unpainted smooth black or orange peel textured surface, which is UV-protected. Products in smooth black surfaces can be painted or wrapped in any desired color, redefining the look and creating a unique design for your car. It can also be used as is, but there could be micro scratches on the surface, as the product is delivered to be painted. Preparation for painting ABS plastic flares is similar to painting aluminum (clean the surface > sand the surface > apply self-etching primer > apply the paint).

Installation
Usually, the rear window louver is installed using double-sided tape (for example, 3M brand tapes), windshield glue, or alternative adhesives, mounting directly on the window. There is also a second option - installing with adhesive plates, which allows easier removal and installation of a louver on the car. The louver can also be installed as a replacement for the removed rear windshield.  Hardware is not included. If you have any troubles or need advice, we are happy to help you to get the best results possible.
